I just won an Authentic Autographed Ray Allen picture in a raffle, and I'd like to try selling it on eBay. It's an 8 x 10. How much do you think I could get for it? What should the starting price be? Thanks!

I wouldn't exactly bid on a price, unless I'm a real expert on appraising autographed memorabilia photos. My suggestion is search over the internet or directory for an expert who appraises autographs and memorabilia. They generally have an idea how much it's worth. You wouldn't want it to overprice or under-price the autograph now would you?
